Where is my free bottle?

Did you request one?The free bottle offer for orders over £30 is currently available to UK based customers only, and it can’t be used in combination with other discount codes. If both of those conditions are met, you’ll be able to add your free bottle manually to your basket - a pop-up should appear once your order total (before postage) reaches £30. If the pop-up didn’t show up for you, here are a few things that might help:1. Removing the items from your basket and re-adding them 2. Trying a different browser3. Making sure you don't have pop-ups blocked4. If you are using a discount code the free gift will not be offered (it’s one or the other) so remove the code if you would prefer the free gift5. The offer is only available to UK delivery addresses, so if you are using a VPN this could make the shop think you are based outside the UK (depending on your settings)Please note:If the free gift does not appear in your basket before you make your purchase, this means it is not included in your order. Please ensure to add the free gift into your basket before final payment to avoid missing out.The free gift must be included in the original order, as we’re not able to send them separately due to postage costs. If you use a VPN to make the shop think you are based in the UK when you aren't, your order will be rejected by Customs when it reaches your country, and returned to sender. We will not be able to refund your delivery charge if this happens.

My bottle leaks even when it's closed

First, are you sure it's actually leaking?Condensation can form on the outside of any non-insulated bottle where there is a big difference between the temperatures inside and ouside the bottle. So if for example you fill your single wall steel or Recyclon bottle with cold liquid, throw it in your bag and sit in a warm vehicle for half an hour, then it's possible the inside of your bag will get wet, giving the impression that your bottle has leaked when it actually hasn't.Not that? OK let's check your sealsOne of our main priorities at Ion8 is ensuring your bottle is 100% leakproof no matter the adventure or challenge. To ensure maximum safety, in addition to our triple locking security we also have three seals incorporated into our ION8 OneTouch 2.0 lid. With all three seals in place this stops your ION8 from leaking from the drinking spout, air vent and sides of the lid when closed. Each of the seals are made from transparent hypoallergenic food grade silicon meaning they are heat resistant, durable, and can be used for a number of years. Each seal can also be removed and cleaned separately from the main lid and bottle body.If any of these parts are damaged or missing your bottle may leak, so we advise to always check your seals before setting off.Buy replacement sealsShould you notice any seals missing or damaged, we have replacement seals available for purchase here.

my grandchildren love them

Absolutely brilliant!

Very cute design

My daughter absolutely loves this bottle. She's on the spectrum and is cat-obsessed. Anything cat-related, as long as it's not pink. She hates pink, but blue is her favorite colour. This is the only bottle she will now use. I just wish this design came in a bigger size.

My daughter loves her new dinosaur bottle

Lovely little bottle. It doesn't leak!

use it daily, perfect and nice

Super

Brilliant flasks

These robust and well designed flasks allow a family member, who is bedridden and whose nutrition is entirely from prescribed meal replacement drinks, to consume the nutrition he needs, and we don't know how we would have managed without them. Customer service is outstanding. Thank you.

Great bottle, would definitely buy it again. light, leak proof and dishwasher safe. perfect

Flasche entspricht den Vorstellungen. Ist dicht, lässt sich für Kinder aber trotzdem gut öffnen.
